Holding the World in Your Hand

Take note, this is a rant! In the past couple of weeks, I have been thinking about my daughter’s future, at least more than normal. With my own future still unknown, I am tasked with guiding her as best as I can. Learning difficulties and disabilities have a hidden issue that sit beneath the overall ailments or challenges for those that must live with them. The hidden side is that of how they can make a future. It doesn’t take long to see the prejudice.

A World in Your Hand!

For all of those that need it, for those that are futureless, how can we offer the world. Much of it is down to public perception and that of self-confidence. I see a mindset that says they are of no use to society…this is WRONG! This is more of a rant than an answer, but I feel that we owe it o everybody to give the right people, the right chance. We are all different, but each of us have a unique air to add to the workings of society. What would be your thoughts? I am not offering wisdom, but simply adding an argument that feels quiet on the public stage.
