Security is so important, bot for yourself and that of your posessions. In 2024 whe have some amazing technology that is both, cheap, and very accessible. It is setup with little fuss, and quite often links up to TVs and Smart Hubs. It is more of a precaution and less of a certain outcome, but I like to be safe and not sorry.
I think about the old camera systems that required a person watching them, then the VHS tape versions, filling out a room. Later, we had set-top boxes with hard-disks, inside them. It is now kept on Solid State systems, on our phones and archived miles away. The chance to have an eye on your stuff has become so easy. Cameras start from £15, and will do a great job as an ‘inside’ camera. Bigger cameras, like my 360deg Wansview, is about £45 and sits on the wall outside.
Don’t leave things to chance, placing a camera is a great way to keep peace of mind, when you are away. Needless to say, it is not a spying tool, nobody wants to be watched without consent, so keep the lense pointing to the objects you want to keep safe.
