I wanted to quickly mention this. In 2019, a younger Rose was playing about with some random Lego, when all of a sudden, she created this. I took a picture, at the time, then forgot about it. Coming back across it, I got the same feeling about it as I did, then. This shows where Lego can drive ideas and create amazing concepts that come to life. The fact that it is an aid for a physical problem, shows that critical thinking can be given shown by children, in a way that is for the better. With all of the online scrap that hits our kids, It’s amazing to see how all of it can be pushed aside for creativity.
The build is adapted to fit around the ear and has a good use of hinge-bricks. The hands-on approach of this is what really hit me in the core. I adore this, I adore the aspect that I can see, something that I would have done in the past. What a gem Lego really is, but more than anything, what a gem that solid experimentation can bring. Excellent stuff, it’s a happy moment from the past.
