Continuing on with my quest for a great workshop, I was sorting through fixings when I began separating nails and screws in a large red box. With bins on the wall, I wanted to get them in some sort of order, even if the loose ones might still be a little mixed up.

It got me thinking about what you should do. Going through three hundred fixings, splitting them into each size would be both, arduous, and a bit silly. So, I decided to keep larger and smaller fixings mixed in their own groups. I am sure that with the boxed screws kept to one side, these will be used as a random grab.
Adding the bins to the wall has made it so easy to attain a fixing as I add bits to the walls and ceiling. It’s coming along. I am sure that the sorting will become ever more complex as I go through more of them. What do you do about the bolts…or nuts for that matter?
