People in full-covereage suits have never really been a joyous thing. As I have gotten older, they don’t bother me as much, but as a kid…BAD! A distant memory was when I met Lord Vader in Telford Town Centre. Upon the release of ‘The Empire Strikes Back,’ they were doing a tour for promotion. All I remember is being petrified by this. I recently played a VR game with Darth Vader in it, and even as a digital entity, he still towered over me and was still a little bit scary!
I always believed it was the fact that people are fully covered, so you can’t see who they really are. In truth, it was the start of my downfall when Lord Vader stood over me outside of Debenhams. His Stormtroopers were quite puny in stature. But, I shall just say one thing…I got to meet Lord Vader!
