Who doesn’t love a digger? Well, I guess, not everybody, but this was a fun little set to bring back together, until I made it. This has to be the shortest 3in1 set I have ever built, with the basic build of the first one, there was little point in trying the other two! For a quick bit of fun for little children, this would be fine, but there is little point in any avid builder looking for this. It is also one of the sets that has not yet been added to the Builder App, meaning that I needed to use the old instructions scan from Lego’s website. In some ways, it was quite nostalgic. Like last week, even thought this was from 2010, the design is very different to 2025, with there being something very minor that you can’t quite put your finger on.

There was so few parts that building was quick, so the review is more about the perils of smaller sets that aim big. As a 3in1, this is unusual, with there being very few extra pieces, compared to now. This means that there are only minor differences between the three models. What can I say, there are times when I need to do these teeny builds, but where some are pretty good and make for fun, this is very uninspiring, really. If you see it, it’s not worth more that £1, I pulled it together for recent lot, but even so, I added 10% of the parts from population, as they were missing! It’ll do, but not really worth it!
First Impressions – Another one of the finds from my recent trip. Not too inspiring!
