This was a must as soon as saw them. A couple of soap-boxes and one is a pizza slice! I love these small sets as they are affordable and make great gifts. They also add character to your collection of City builds. You can’t deny the Red Bull Soap Box feel when you see them. The overall build has little to say, other than that it is a fabulous, short build, lasting a small 20-25 minutes. At only £8.99, I would imagine this new set will be cheaper on Amazon, before long. I believe that the retail cost is quite normal, with it having few bits in the box, but plenty of fun to behold. The chassis are a little bit of a let-down. There appears to be a rise of the lazy bricks in lots of sets, but these do work well for younger builders. The instructions are very ‘particular’ and show each piece needed, never rising above two at once.

Look closely and there a few cool details. The pizza slice has dripping cheese and swappable head gear for the chef-dude. The fire-lady is all set and helmetted up. The use of the larger wheels is a great touch, too. They really embrace the look of garage-built, downhill, cars. What’s more to say? They are fab, get them, gift them, enjoy!
