Set Review – 75370 Stormtrooper Mech

And…it’s another one! I just love me some mechs! This is a nice one, coloured to match the Stormtrooper pilot. I don’t know what it is about a Lego Stormtrooper figure, but I love getting as many of them, as possible. Strange, but true! Overall, this is an ‘okay’ set. By ‘okay,’ I mean that it is neither great nor bad. It’s a similar build to other mechs, but does feel a little underwhelming compared to Boba’s.

It has the usual touches, having a grip on the weapon through the use of different parts to attach it. The fingers are interesting…that is all! It is as fun to play with as any other, so that’s what really matters to any child ready to go to battle. I have also bought the Vader one, as they were a bargain price of, £10. Even at the average price, £12.99, it is a nice set and will make a great gift…once again.

One negative is that of the spine-part. It is a large grey plate that almost takes some of the building from the builder. It’s not the end-of-the-world, but it is lending itself to those that say, ‘It aint Lego, they tell you what to build!’ The biggest positives are the price and the fact there are NO stickers. Other than that, previous reviews give the same outcome, but it is not a bad one, it is just the ‘same’. It can’t have been that bad, as I would like a second one to go with Lord Vader. That way, he would have his usual security personel. So, what is the verdict? Like I have said, it’s okay, it is a worthwhile addition to a collection and a fun play-set. That’s all, really!

First Impressions – Another mech, another cool build, if the same as any other!

Price-Point – Average

Time to Build – 25-35 Minutes
