The Tack Room – Update

There is still much to do on the tack room, with new materials having been bought, today. I have taken some time off of it, but will return with a new houred update in the next couple of weeks. I have said that I will be with them by 13th May.

This update is about the ‘inbetween’ steps that I will take. I intend to journal the process within the next post, but my aim is to create the shelving as inserts, putting them together in my workshop and fitting them in place. As long as the sizes are to plan, it will fit straight in with fixings to the left and right walls. As this comes to fruitition, I am hoping that it will make the time on-site, less, or simply allow for more to be done in that time.

We shall see where this goes. The phase after this one is much more simpler. It’s a matter of cleaning up the surfaces and moving brackets around. The last phase will be the hardest as it will require hanging shelving, fitting wipeable walls and a clean lick of paint.
