From the start, I’d like to add that this is my second one of these. I wanted another one so that I could eventually put them all into one vase. For now, I shall keep these as a separate four, set next to my PC. The Botanical Collection is very sweet, and so far, Steph has quite a few of them. Other than these, I do have a couple of sunflowers.

Like all of the sets, these flowers are slow, but very much calming. The end result is clean and pretty, and best of all, they last longer than Spring. Adding them to a vase is a nice touch. You can find perfect vases that have been donated to charity, or like the sunflowers, make a basic one from Lego parts that you already have. It’s a basic review, but it needs no real length. If you are intrigued by the Lego flowers, then you can start with one of the cheaper sets. The small Roses set, the Sunflowers, Cherry Blossoms, Lotus Flowers and these daffodils are a great start!

The best part about this was that I found I had forgotten the original set’s build. It felt like I was making them for the first time. To place them in the white vase, I needed to add some raised-bedding into the bottom. This made sure that the flowers sit high enough to see them properly. I was a bit alarmed that the instruction manual cames out folded and scratty, but it is what it is. Good set, sweet outcome!
First Impressions – This is my second set…so it’s quite clear that I think it’s great!
