You don’t want to settle if you are still not at the best weight, but you also don’t want to go too far. It is so important to get it right, with problems easily arising from quick weight gain after you have stopped. The trick is to alter the macros to adjust what your body is doing. As I am now, I am consuming nutrition that matches the workouts and weight-loss, together. As I come to a point that I want to continue my fitness, but NOT lose weight, I will need to change these values. Before now, I have struggled to control the weight, something akin to a juggernaut continuing to roll down the hill. Knowing the date in camparison to your current weight is paramount. I look forward to being able to concentrate on building my muscle. Maybe the time is coming when I can become the Hulk that I was destined to be. I do think that I’ll keep away from having green skin, though! Whatever you decide to do, be careful and seek advice if you are unsure.
