We ar told all of the time about foods that are bad and how they are then good due to blah blah! The trouble with this, is how it confuses all of us. We know, really, that everything in moderation is okay, but bread is a strange one. For me, bread is great at bloating me up. My belly thinks it’s the best thing since…well…sliced bread! Steph has recently been making bread in an appliance that was handed to her by her family. She has made great bounds with a standard loaf, and already perfected the brioche!

With this in mind, I am a slave to bread, but keep my diet to wholemeal and protein flatbreads. This does not mean that I am not sad when the smell and sight of a home brewed bread is passed beneath my face. I do like a cheese-top baguette that Aldi does, but these are seldom as they pack a punch in the data department. I could still just eat a loaf and think nothing of it, but I can tell you that having it on an occasion, and not all of the time, is so much better. The bread tastes like a treat and is such a, basic, life-joy, that I would recommend it to all. That is all I want to say, it is bad, but is soooooooooooooooooo GOOD! I shall cry, now!
