This can be summed up in one word: PROGRESSING! I could just leave it at that, but I’m not going to. Nutrition is still as important as ever, and is the backbone of my muscle growth. Today’s dinner was rich in all three of my required nom-noms. Protein, Healthy Fats and Carbs. Each of these has a job to do. When I am lacking one, it is very apparent. So…one of my biggest hits at this level of health and fitness growth has been the need to keep filled.

The same routine is on track, but it has got some small impacts due to school holidays. A major update is that I have finally weighed myself to get a benchmark to work with. At this point I am at 22st (140kg) and falling. I didn’t have an opening weight, but my body feels like I have done at least two stone. Until next time.
