I am still not weighing myself, so I am unaware of my weight. I am happy with this as I have no target number to follow, I simply run via how my body feels. Since the last ‘fitness’ post, I have made a lot of progress. My fitness has extended, I was even running, today.

I am not a runner! If I am going faster than a walk, I am running. My build means that I am held to walking or cycling, but I am trying to change this to cover the Super Sprint Triathlon distance of 2.5km. I managed to go for a whole minute, which is very alien to me. I have been using the Tank M4 and the cross-trainer has become a lot easier.
I look forward to going back to Squash, this week. It won’t be a weekly thing, it’s too expensive for that, but I hope to get a session in, once a month. With an average daily active-calorie burn of 1300, I am slimming automatically. The best thing to be discovered, is the healthy way of the Bento Box. This Japanese delight is great for snacks and wholesome protien to be ingested when out and about. It’s a gem! For now, that’s enough thoughts, I’m tired after a long day of exercise.
