Here, we have another set from the 4+ range. After building the Rides truck, I thought this would make a cute build. I am quite fond of the 4+ sets, as I like the changes to designs that will suit the little hands they are aimed for. This one keeps to standard minifigures, with some accessible options. I always feel that younger builders would likely need help with the tyres, but other than that it sports a couple of great features.

The driving space has enough room to store the officers hair-doos. There is also a large space in the back, that although without a door, of sorts, it can store the wobbly flames that you make. The ladder is also used to seal the roof, over. This means that the movement of the figures is quite simple. As a play piece, it’s a great set! You can see how this will be run over the lounge carpet. It would also look great amongst a city landscape, making sure that its design fits in with the base range is is sold as.

There are no stickers, with some nice printed bricks that close the design. I think that, although simple, it is fun to build. Short on time? This will work well! Small…they get it for a build, dismantle, then build again…with more parts! There are some options to expand on it. You could add a hose to it, additional fire officers, or even a better set of blues, for the roof. That’s the beauty of Lego, I reckon! It’s another cool gift idea, with prices moving around. I paid less for this in an Amazon sale, but it is worth the £13 marker it sells at, if you want a playable and rebuildable set. However, Lego sells this at £17.99! This is steep! I’d say, hang on and wishlist, then wait your time!
First Impressions – Simplistic, but perfect for its target audience!
