It’s a day to record, nothing special from the outside, but great nontheless. It is a birthday, today, only her fourth one, but she is a good girl and has progressed so much. She was the support for my poorly wife, and the obligation that I adore.
Happy Birthday, Brina! As a rescue animal, she was brought over from Romania in the back of a van more than three and a half years ago. Her body was near emaciated, her temperament was anxious. Now, she is a brave mutt, and a key member of the family. Her body is filled out and I know that my wife would be so proud of how she developed. Here’s to the dogs in our lives. Brina is magnificent, and a testament that ‘rescue’ is not always as chaotic as they say. Whether you are Brina or Fitness Brenda, we love you!
