In my local area, there is a big issue with keeping the place tidy. It is no secret that the local authorities are cutting back in all departments and this is showing in public. The picture shows a split-lane that I have walked my dog. What can you spot? For reference, the left side is for bicycles, the right, for walking. If you do a bit, or a lot, of both of these, you can often come across annoying issues with people on the opposite lane, getting in the way.
My argument here, is how can people be compliant, is this is the case? Look at how the path is covered over, making the lane, very narrow. There is a lot that looks like this, drawing walkers over, as they have no room to walk themselves, let alone an accompanying dog. Just an itch that I needed to get down. What’s happening to the world? Mediocre, but very hard on the brain!
