It’s that time of year when we can all think about the gluttony of Christmas. My will-power kept me on track, or was it the fact that fatty foods just don’t do anything for me? I have always been blessed with keeping on track, but even then, you can derail at the drop of a hat. In this case, it went well. This month’s weigh-in is…20st 3.5lbs (128.6kg). This shows a monthly loss of 3lbs. The slow and steady nature of it all can be frustrating, but it will all be for the better in the long-run.

There is always the chance of fluctuations, and over the past few weeks, I have noticed that I am balancing out. Even with the changes to the macro figures, for which are adjuested to match my new weight, it is now causing the said balance to be addressed. Like it was in the first few months, there are moments that you have to play with, to find that right point, the point that works for you. For now, I am continuing to edge toward the May triathlon, so I shall keep updating. Stay safe, and keep fit!
