Set Review – 31164 3in1 Space Robot

I have waited for this set to come down in price. Although the standard £19.99 is average for what you get, I managed to get it for £15.99 from B&M. At this price, it is a worthwhile purchase and offers a light brick to give it extra pizzazz. I love robots, to this was always going to be on my radar, regardless. Compared to the last 3in1 set, this one is far better, but the robot is the true contender for the build. The other two options are fun, but the droid makes for a cool display piece, whilst acting as a cool attack droid for the Space range of sets. It fits with the colours that have been chosen, and the overall build is like those, too.

It has a sense of solid design, pieces coming together to make It a robust play item. The light brick is a nice addition. It somehow brings the powerless droid to life. The tracks are put together, one-by-one, as usual, so this is better for smaller hands, however, the overall look is great and a better choice than just bare wheels. The 3in1 sets offer a quirky aspects, that aside from the obvious choice of builds, they have colour and are written with fun and joy. This does not disappoint, with nay child loving the build and result, together.

It is a worthy purchase. If you are a 3in1 lover, then it is a must! Definitely one of the better ones in the newer releases, and well within reason for its purchase price. For a while, the stock of this disappeared, with online sitting at the £20 price, just waiting, afforded me the £4 savings! Get your hands on it.
