It is quite shocking what comes with a Bluetooth option, these days. We often joke that the most mundane of items should have Bluetooth and RGB (Red Green Blue) lighting, to sell it! The trouble is, Bluetooth has a habit of disconnecting when you most need it. I suppose in the calm of a home environment, that speaker is quite the useful tool. What amazes me is what it meant, not that long ago.

The late 90s and early 2000s were all about the small, hands-free, ear piece. That was its job! As time moved on, it became used as a built-in hands-free for cars. Then it all exploded into crazy game of what else can we fit this into? As time as moved on, it has gotten better, but I still find that it can be easily broken, meaning that you get a complete disconnect, or a gibbering mess of a signal. Perhaps it’s just me, perhaps it just wants to annoy me, perhaps the connectivity explosion is what we all needed in the first place. Just a quick whinge, for today! In fact…I like Bluetooth, really.
