Fitness Update: Carbohydrate Tensions

Since the start of this training regime, I have found it difficult to keep my energy up. To do this, I need to take in at least 400g of carbs, a day. On a training day, this ramps up to 600! When eating, I suffer when pushing beyond 120, and have found that this is not enough when eaten twise, with snacks thrown on. This serves as a problem, especially when needing it to keep my body growth on track!

Look at those derpy eyes!

So what is the solution? I have some builder shakes available, but my head is still in weight-loss mode. This is a bad issue when you are training. What is happening, is that I need the fill to keep up the energy that allows me to grow, but my head says that I need to slim, and so, I am in a conflict! Breaking this is vital to make carbs a key intake. Protein and healthy fats are on track…to a degree. but cars are a continuing nightmare!

(If you are in the same predicament, or you are trying to lose weight, please get advice and take control of it. It might not work at all, or worse still, it will harm you. You can do it, just be safe at it!)
