Keeping an Eye on the Facts!

Being in such a strong routine, in regards to my health and fitness, I have become more determined than ever to know what my intake is. With assistance, I am slowly working out what I need and changing my habits to suite them. One big thing, however, is looking at nutritional facts. In prior years, I have done well with weight loss. Across a year, or so, back in 2009/2010, I lost ten stone (63.5kg) over the time, and learnt what I needed to do. In previous posts, I have talked about how I have changed in the last fifteen years. My body is older, so therefore in need of a more workable solution. The one thing that remains, is the need to watch what you eat!

1% Milk Nutritional Facts.

Looking at the nutritial charts, you can see what is available to you. This is often in 100g increments, but sometimes offers a per-serving amount. By watching this and taking a mental note, you soon begin to realise the amount that you can sink, when it is left unchecked. The biggest difference, now, is that I don’t watch the calories. It is about the individual asepcts of the nutrition, that matters. My key points involve the Protein, Fats and Carbohydrate entries. Look back at other posts to see links to learn more about how you can learn more about yourself and what you need. It’s worth it, and you won’t believe how nice it feels once you start the easier, and more reliable, flat ground. Whatever you do, be safe, be happy, and be YOU!
