My Exercise Journey

I thought it was time for an update. I have now spent many weeks building up my muscle mass and it is getting easier to work-out, for longer. I am swimming three times a week and using the gym at least twice. I get a fortnightly squash session in, too. All of this is making me feel healthier and eager to expand my physical prowess. (What a word!)

It’s going to be a while before I can acceptably consider having prowess, but even so, it is getting better by the week. I have found that the protien fill has been going well, and the snacks have made their way into my daily routines. I am still not weighing myself, so have no numbers to work with; I am letting the feeling tell me how I’m doing. Having lost weight in the past, I can make estimations of where I am at, forecasted from how I looked, then. I like the idea of adding a chart on the main page, just to show my journey, but we will see.
