Due to where the days landed, it is time, again! Another four weeks have passed and I have weighed in at: 20st 0.5 lbs (127.2kg.) I knew that it would do this, it’s just shy of getting me below 20st. This month has been a little more demanding than others. As the light returns and Spring is in the air, this will hopefully get easier. The past week has been quite calm with little heavy exercise to speak of. I had a harsh anxiety attack on the Sunday, and so it rippled throughout the week. In general, though, I have kept to my data and exercise plan.

You can’t deny that the cold keeps you away, but I have made sure that Saturday mornings are still achieved. I feel thinner and my muscles larger. This doesn’t often happen, but it is those times that really push you along the long road to health and fitness. As always, the food has been paramount. Making sure that you are watching what you eat, really makes a difference. This saying is misunderstood. I always believed that it was as simple as saying ‘NO’ to certain foods, or keeping a lid on the amount of biscuits you consume. I have learned that it isn’t the case. Simply following the comparison to your current weight, takes care of the physical outcomes, it’s just a matter of keeping the numbers balanced to the threshold.
