As it’s only been a four week routine, I have little to add you last month’s information. I will say that this month has seen my weight remain exactly the same…at least that’s what the scales say. With a month that has turned out to have the highest weekly difference, since beginning recording the data, this is quite a strange outcome. So, I am still at 16st 11lbs (106.7kg.) This could be down to a few reasons. I have had muscle gain, so this might have made up for the low calories. It is hard to say, but I feel that I have been keeping track of energy with bread, of late, which is not a great thing, for me, at least.

I am still running, even with the snow and ice making it difficult. Over the Christmas period, I somehow ate less than normal, and this had an effect. There is a thin line between keeping enough energy and not having enough. It switches so easily. My legs are stronger, but my shoulders are suffering from weight lifts. I have started to do four sets of leg-presses. The machine looks like something from a factory floor, with a huge footplate to push the weights up. I have balanced at 100kg on the bar. This is enough to feel that it is making a difference. Well, the Winter has a habit of making there be less to say, and all I can do is plan for Spring. Here’s to the warmer and lighter months, ahead.
