This is the 12th recording and is mark of where decisions are made for where my fitness is going to go. It’s been quite the journey, with many more to continue on, I hope. So, to close off the yearly recording, I now stand at a reasonable 18st 11.5lbs (119.5kg.) That is a half-decent 3st 3.5lbs over the year. With considerable muscle growth, that not too shabby! So, what in store for the next twelve months?

I need to look at what is most important. I have a run in July, and another triathlon in September, So I will work towards them. Next year, if I don’t get drawn in, this Summer, I will do a few more events. My advice to anybody is to keep at it. It’s worth it, regardless of the hardships that attack you on the way. It’s nice to know that no matter how much weight I lose, the sweat will keep flowing.

It makes you more confident and keen in the nice weather, although the current heat is not conducive to a good run or bike! I will keep going through, just as I did over last Winter. I have somewhat stagnated with the weights, even though I know that I am on the upper end of what I am lifting, I know that it is time to move on up. Do I want MUSCLES? Or…do I want to keep my toning on track? It’s a matter or choosing a track and following it. Now…it’s time to think!
