It feels like this month has disappeared, very quickly. Even though it has been four weeks, there has been quite a lot of progress with muscle growth and understanding what I need. I wouldn’t say that I am now on a clean set of rails and know exactly how it works, but I wouldn’t say that I can see the direction I am heading. With Spring having sprung, the new warmth in the air, and the event season coming into session, there is a keen drive to increase my capability.

I am doing a Fun Run, which by the time this post is published, will have been on the Sunday, just before. I am set to do the Cheshire Triathlon, again, and have opted for the Sprint, this time, meaning it will be that little bit harder than last year. In preparation, I have started getting my swimming back and look to get back on the bike, before long. I have even tried my new FLAB Tri suit, which feels like I am gliding through the pool water. As the temperature increases, outdoor swims will return, also. We are just waiting for the last couple of degrees to add on before we are happy.
For the next month, it’s all about training, with a 5k run set for mid-April. This will start, then, to wind me up to my next triathlon challenge. The new watch is doing great, it has a few extra gimmicks, but for what I need, it is unmatched. For now, take care, this month has seen a new weight of…16st 5.5lbs (104.1kg.)
