Yet another month! If you look at the Health and Fitness Update page, you will see that there has been a small loss, again (1.5lbs (0.7kg).) On first notice, it feels very lacklustre, but there are reasons… I always say that, ‘A loss, is still a loss!’ Even though it doesn’t stop the feeling, it is down to two core differences, these are:
- A slow down of weight-loss around this point in body weight. (Evidenced by old weight-loss patterns I have seen, over the years.)
- A considerable muscle change. My legs have had drastic growth with my arms following suit.

Having a steady drop in weight, for which is rightfully slowing down, paired with the growth in bodily strength is a great thing. With the continuation of key nutrition and a steady ‘swim, cycle and lifting’ regime, it’s working well. Just another update, but I would very much like to see it get into the 20s!
