Update: Health and Fitness – August

A quick post to record the progress in August. Since mid-July, I have lost 9.5 pounds (4.3kg) and am now in the lower 21 stone, realm. Training is going well and my muscles are growing, fast. I have moved up to 12kg on each arm, now, which is great and quite quickly achieved from the 8kg, a few months ago. I plan to create a page that is dedicated to recording my progress, so look out for that.

All the protein and carbs!!!

Foodwise, I am now following a balanced Macro-set, instead of workout specific days. That means that each day is the same, and makes it easy to reach the levels that I need. Since the last time, I have experienced tasks as a Marshal at a triathlon. Even though I shall be doing another one in September, the learning was incredible. I can’t wait to be on the other side of the line.

The gym is a constant, although the school holidays makes it much harder to keep it up at a consistent rate. It is what it is, but I look forward to my normal routine resuming in the next few weeks. It is worth noting that with the muscle growth, it means that my normal body-weight would be in the late-twenties, at this point. It has been a while since I’ve been there. Weighing willl take place on the third Saturday of each month. This helps to keep an eye on what’s needed to continue progressing and to stay safe. Until next time.
