Gymnast or Juggernaut – Which are you?

I am now in full-swing with the weight training, even venturing into the sweat-pit at the gym. I am building a new body, or at least trying to. With the help of my partner giving me the nutrition that I need, it is going well. Like they say, behind every good man, is a good (better) woman! Our bodies are all different, each person has a high and low. If you think about how your body works, what are you like in different levels of exercise? How about your flexibility? We each can be better, we can also become great in the field that we are better-built to cope with.

A gymnast is flexible, with many able to find the middle ground that sees huge muscles to back them up. The light stature will get them up a climb, quickly, and keep their stamina running for longer. I am a juggernaut! I am a big person with a large mass. I can not climb fast; I can’t bounce around without losing energy at a pace. What I can do, is move vast weights and apply strength to long term exercises. Neither is better and each can apply their given talents, but it can make for an interesting race setting when you have different frames in the chase. I may have not been in good terms with my size, over the years, but I have come to accept my size for the benefits it can bring.
