Well it’s been another month and I have lost more (1.36kg.) My fitness is definately increasing, with weight training going very well. Eating ‘right’ is key, and making sure that you watch the data, is a must. It is important to take the time rest, but I have found that you also need to take the opportunity to walk, cycle and swim, whenever you can.

Having a cold is a problem, but is not dowsing my determination. I look forward to each month, seeing what I ahve done in terms of weight. As my muscle grows, I am fighting the lift, but as muscle is heavier than fat, it is an inevitability. (This post was re-written after the previous page was accidentally erased.
