I can’t believe that the months are going, so quickly. As Winter gets closer, it gets harder to keep the drive flowing. Dark nights are always a hard time, for me, and this has major issues with keeping on track. However, I have managed to keep up, just not as regular as the Summer months. This month, I have weighed in at 20st 11lbs (132kg.)

The biggest part of this regime, is the food. I am not a fan of the pretentiousness of cooking, but even the posh look of it, it tastes magnificent, and is good for me. The support from my partner gives me the drive and nutrition that is needed, offering tastes that outperform take-aways and fatty foods. I have no need for this, now, feeling no loss for not cosuming any of it. One things I will add, is that I only have one sweet-treat (not including the yoghurt and coulis) each week. These are Marks and Spencers Almond Shortbread Biscuits. They are stunning and I have eight…jsut eight! Keeping them in the kitchen cupboard makes this easier. Only take the eight, then walk away. But…they are very moreish!
